jebaj Terms & Conditions

To register and use jebaj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from jebaj or had an account closed by jebaj for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. You accept this risk voluntarily.

Each individual may hold only one jebaj account. Registering or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or from the same household) is strictly prohibited. jebaj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts detected and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to notify jebaj promptly if any of your account details change.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• jebaj is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• jebaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.
• If you wish to close your account, contact support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

jebaj may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. KYC may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and, where requested, a photograph of yourself holding the document. jebaj processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

By making a deposit to your jebaj account, you confirm the following:

• The funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be credited to your account.
• You are the registered owner of the mobile wallet or bank account used to make the deposit. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jebaj does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals from your jebaj account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used to make the most recent deposit. jebaj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• jebaj targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts. In exceptional circumstances processing may take longer.
• jebaj reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of a suspected Terms violation.

jebaj offers bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• jebaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a member.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per mobile number. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• jebaj reserves the right to cancel a bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend an account where bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.

By participating in any game or betting market on jebaj, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer results in real time. jebaj does not interfere with or manipulate any game outcome.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round in progress, jebaj will use available server logs to determine the correct settlement. If no conclusive determination can be made, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• jebaj reserves the right to void bets that were placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, provided that the error is identified and corrected within a reasonable time.

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi and other sports offered on jebaj: all markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at jebaj's discretion. jebaj is not responsible for errors in live data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published in the jebaj Sports Betting Rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jebaj. A single confirmed violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, or using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using jebaj for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.

jebaj is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — set or reduced at any time; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days available on request.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account closure for members who wish to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

All content on jebaj, including but not limited to the jebaj brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and game content provided by third-party studios, is the intellectual property of jebaj or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jebaj without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of jebaj's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jebaj excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on jebaj, including losses arising from games of chance, sports betting outcomes, or bonus wagering.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond jebaj's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use jebaj, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm.

jebaj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by updating the Terms page at jebaj.org/terms-conditions with the revised effective date. Your continued use of jebaj following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using jebaj and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and commerce. Any dispute arising from your use of jebaj that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. jebaj will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a written complaint. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
